We aim to make your experience as simple as possible, and accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Visa Debit and MasterCard, as well as PayPal. Cards issued outside Europe may be restricted.

We work hard to get your order out to you as quickly as possible. We know that you won’t want to wait long to start using your new products, which is why we aim to deliver all mainland UK deliveries in up to four working days.

We keep you up-to-date every step of the way by notifying you by email. As soon as your order is confirmed we will let you know and follow up with your tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.

We are confident you will be thrilled with your purchase, but on the rare occasion that you might like to return or exchange your products we offer a 14 day refund period. In order to return your purchase your items must be returned in the original condition that they were sent in. Because of issues with hygine, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on any open or used products, so we always advise having a good look at your order before opening the products.

If you have made a mistake and need to cancel or amend an order please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been dispatched we will not be able to cancel it, however we will do our best to arrange for your order to be canceled if possible.

We provide lots of information on each individual product page so that you can better understand whether a product might work for you. In addition we offer advice when it comes to creating a skincare regime and finding the right products for you on our blog. If you can’t find the information you need and still have questions, please feel free to get in touch.

When you receive your products the packaging will provide you with all the relevant information that you need to make the most out of your purchase. If there is anything you’re unsure of please feel free to get in touch.

You can find out all about our ongoing work with animal welfare via the ‘healing broken hearts’ page. We give 20% of our profits to help animal rights, supporting various projects, volunteer schemes and activist groups. For every purchase made we enable you to become part of that support system too.
